Lily made about 10 “bad dream catchers” at Munchkins today. They are each made with 2 lollipop sticks and a ribbon. You hold them in your hands as you lie sleeping-beauty-like and smile serenely in the knowledge that you won’t have bad dreams. “Baby” brought one back from China which was made with a fringe instead of a ribbon. Joel got one made with a blue ribbon which, frankly, was structurally inadequate. It fell apart before he got to use it. But he didn’t care – he had a chocolate krispie cake with a fluffy yellow chick on it. There’s no way he’s having bad dreams tonight!
